 CLIMBING MOUNTAINS WHEN YOU’RE OVER THE HILL is for those experiencing frustration with their life, or fear/dread about the future; shows you it is never too late, and how to find peace, joy, and hope no matter what your age or circumstances.

The latest advances in brain research now tell us it is actually possible to change one’s brain chemistry, and thereby:

* Thoughts (ways of thinking)

* Words (ways of interacting with others)

* Actions (ways of being)

by using certain techniques.

CLIMBING MOUNTAINS WHEN YOU’RE OVER THE HILL  teaches you the gamut of these modalities in a practical manner, illustrated by my own personal, real life experiences and those of clients I worked with. Choosing from the material what applies to your own situation, then incorporating these practices in every day life can bring inner peace, joy, and effective living.

I’ve presented this information internationally in workshops and classes.  It absolutely works. As I went through a messy, traumatic divorce, I felt helpless, hopeless, and passively suicidal. Using these principles, I survived, living happily ever after. I have been there!

My eighteen year career as a psychiatric nurse includes six years at the renowned Menninger Clinic, working with hundreds of clients as charge nurse on the Professionals in Crisis inpatient unit. As the unit name implies, these were accomplished people struggling with serious life issues. Embracing “the Menninger way” of guiding clients toward their therapeutic goals immeasurably enhanced my understanding of what people need, and my ability to help them learn to cope when they are overwhelmed.

The current world-struggle for economic, social and moral order makes the need for CLIMBING MOUNTAINS WHEN YOU’RE OVER THE HILL particularly timely.
